The William M. Tatham Centre
CECA is located in the William M. Tatham Centre (TC) for Co-operative Education & Career Action on the campus of the University of Waterloo. In addition to housing administrative offices our facilities include seven rooms suitable for group presentations with capacities from twelve to 100 people, 100 individual interview rooms, fourteen telephone interview rooms and a video conference room. CECA also includes the Centre for Career Action which maintains information on career reference and counselling and conducts workshops and other career-related activities.
The structure has been in use since December 16, 2002. It replaced overcrowded and outdated facilities in CECA' previous location in Needles Hall.
Each year CECA co-ordinates approximately 45,000 individual interviews conducted by more than 6,000 recruiters. The majority of these interviews take place on campus using our venue.
